Payment & Shipping
Our items are on pre-order basis and payment is required for us to process your order. You can make a payment thru Pera Padala (LBC, Cebuana etc.), but our recommended option is to deposit your payment thru BPI since it is free (no charge in any branch). Once we confirm the payment, we will prepare the item within 24 hours and ship via Fastrack, JRS and/or LBC.
Shipping cost is shouldered by the customers. Shipping schedule is Mon-Fri only. Our policy is "Pay today and order will be shipped the next day" to avoid rush shipping. Our payment cutoff is on or before 3pm.
*This is not applicable to "Quality Used Cars"
Secure Ordering
We are a small family run business and our number one priority is our customers and your satisfaction. We hope to have you become a happy addition to that list. We understand and appreciate your concern when ordering from a business you are not familiar with, however I can provide my identification and information (upon request) for your assurance. We will be in constant communication from the time you make a payment until you receive the item.
Returns & Refunds
Yes we do offer returns and refunds however as a small family run business we cannot offer free return shipping unless it is our mistake. All shipping costs incurred in the exchange will be at the customers expense.
